Time for something of less import. This clown is running for Mayor of San Francisco. It's a case of give-the-gift-that-keeps-on-giving, he asks recipients to spam their friends by forwarding the message.
The person who submitted this to me writes "this is not my party, not my city, not my county even and it was sent to my work address which i have rarely given out!".
As I don't yet know the party, I'm putting this under Independent/Niche for the moment. I've asked the submitter to let me know the name of the city and Gavin's party affiliation so I can complete the documentation. I have also asked him to try and provide full email headers, so I can characterize who the vendor who sent this is in more detail.

Newsom noted that nearly 90% of businesses enterprises in San Francisco are defined as small businesses, and together they provide more than half of the jobs in the city. His plan released this week calls for streamlining city regulations that prevent many small businesses from working with the city, promoting the creation of Business Improvement Districts and making sure small business has a broad voice in his administration.
