The attached spam was went out by the Republican National Committee in June of 2003. I am seeking more details on the circumstances under which it was sent. The recipient has indicated that they consider it spam, as it is something they did not sign up for. However, I do not presently know their geographical location or if they have a particular party affiliation. This is probably an example of the use of epending for address collection.
